Attorney Scott Dicus received his law degree from Chapman University School of Law after completing his undergraduate degree at UCLA. Mr. Dicus is a member of the California State Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the California Superior Court, the United States District Court, Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit. Mr. Dicus handles criminal defense, bankruptcy, and felony and misdemeanor post conviction matters (“expungements”). He has successfully argued over 1,000 cases in over 40 counties. Because of his case experience, Mr. Dicus understands legal matters from multiple perspectives, helping him to carefully evaluate his clients’ needs and prepare the strongest case possible.

I got a DUI in CA back in 2016 and ignored most of what I had to do and moved back to Pennsylvania. Here in 2022 (6 years later...) I was looking to get rid of the bench warrant that was out for me in Cali. After some research I found Scott Dicus online and sent him my info. After a few emails and a quick phone call he was able to coordinate the court hearing, appear on my behalf and get the warrant cleared while also getting the classes I was required to take (but never took - hence the warrant) cleared as well. I was shocked at how easy this process was and am now happy to say when I search my name no warrants come up!
