Communication with an attorney through the QikLaw website is treated as confidential.
The QikLaw Guarantee does not guarantee an outcome. Rather, it sets forth certain circumstances in which you may be entitled to a full or partial refund attorney fees if we are unsuccessful in resolving your case.
The content provided in the QikLaw website is offered strictly for informational purposes only and should not be construed as legal advice or a legal opinion on any matter. Any time frame for completion or resolution of any matter given on this website or otherwise is a good faith estimate based on past performance and our professional opinion. As with any court procedure, it is impossible to guarantee a time for completion.
Testimonials or endorsements on the QikLaw website do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or prediction regarding the outcome of your legal matter. All pictures on this web site, except on the attorney profile pages, are stock photography and not pictures of actual clients or attorneys.
Use of the Site

We are the sole owners of the information collected on the QikLaw website. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily provide us via email, through other direct contact from you or that we collect after your authorization for QikLaw to do so.
